Shipping Policy

At The ReBirth Collective, every item has a story. Most products available on our store are one-of-a-kind, pre-loved, surplus, vintage, upcycled, or sustainably sourced pieces that are carefully inspected before being packed and shipped. As part of Wasted 360 Solutions' commitment to circular living, we aim to deliver your orders responsibly and with care.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

As many of our products are unique pieces with a quantity of one, each order undergoes a final quality check before dispatch.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Chennai: Up to 5 business days

  • Rest of India: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size or weight of the item.

We currently do not offer free shipping.

Courier Partner

Orders are dispatched through our logistics partners, including Professional Courier and other service providers as required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete delivery address

  • Valid phone number

  • Correct PIN code

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us.

Any re-shipment charges for such orders may need to be borne by the customer.

Important Note for Thrift Purchases

The ReBirth Collective specialises in one-of-a-kind pieces. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, the purchased item is removed from inventory and is no longer available for sale.
